Why are we collecting stories?

  2. Celebrate the progress and success you’ve made.

  3. It inspires others to speak up and find help if needed.

  4. Demonstrates to donors that this service helps.

How to share your story?

  1. Please take some time to think about what you would like to share.

  2. Make it personal – This is your story, tell us how you felt and what you experienced. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.

  3. You may tell us about your recovery and ongoing plans.

  4. How do you want your story to affect others?

What we won’t share:

  1. Any medical or specific treatment details.

  2. Any advice or behaviours on dealing with mental health problems.

  3. Any identifying details.
