PAR Program Registration
Welcome to Credible Changes, the Partner Abuse Response (PAR) Program which supports men and women to improve the quality of their intimate relationships. This program is offered to people referred by the court or a Probation & Parole officer. A referral must be received by Thrive prior to enrolment. The program is 12 sessions in length. It will provide you with an opportunity to examine your beliefs and attitudes towards domestic violence and to learn ways to develop healthy, non-violent relationships.
In order to streamline our intake process, we request that you provide registration information and agree to our confidentiality policies and terms of service prior to completing the final steps of intake with our PAR Coordinator.
After registration through our website, you will book your online orientation appointment, where your questions can be answered and your specific fee discussed. If you are unable to attend online, you may phone the agency (289-707-1568) to schedule an in-person orientation appointment at our Burlington location. You can withdrabe contacted by phone, within 2 weeks. YouYou can withdraw your interest or consent at any time. Sliding scale fees apply. After your orientation session, a start date for the program will be chosen and you will then need to attend the 12 sessions.

Most Thrive groups are currently being offered primarily through video-counselling. If you are not able to use virtual services, we will contact you to discuss attending in-person at our Burlington location. All in-person orientations are at our Burlington location.
Once we have received these forms, you will be contacted by the PAR Coordinator within 2 weeks to finish your registration.
